Located on the International Rail Link between Paris and London, Ebbsfleet Valley includes Eastern Quarry, Ebbsfleet City, and the largest congregation of transit facilities built outside of any major UK city. Crossrail, Fastrack, Channel Tunnel Rail Link, North Kent Lines, North Kent Cord, and the local bus and taxi systems will all converge on this transit city centre.

A new park of 90 acres is being built on a rubbish tip. Ebbsfleet City will restore the ground plane back to the citizens of Kent and use retail, leisure, entertainment and culture to replace the glass fishbowls and granite bathtubs of traditional commercial property.
