BACKGROUND

Connecting Botany Bay to the Pacific Ocean, Kurnell Peninsula in Sydney, Australia provides an aggressive residential development built around a great park that links the two waterfronts. Beach frontage along the Bay supports leisure and resort hotel developments and a new retail promenade stretching from Coralroy to Boat Harbour.

As a gift to the Sutherland Shire citizens, this concept plan creates and maintains one of the most verdant parks in Sydney and opens the waters of Botany Bay and the Pacific Ocean to residents and guests alike
