Dandara Development and the Waterfront Enterprise Board announced a joint venture to develop a comprehensive residential, dining, entertainment, retail, and office waterfront development called Castle Quay on Elizabeth Marina in St Helier. Designed by Eric R Kuhne & Associates and Axis-Mason Architects, this project will restore the Town Centre to the Harbour and animate the marina promenade with dining terraces, entertainment venues, and cultural facilities. Castle Quay will provide a robust sequence of civic places throughout the development including the waterfront promenade, a performance square, boulevard square, Wintergarden, and an observation deck overlooking St Aubin's Bay and the town centre of St Helier.
