This transformation of the Shell Oil Company’s headquarters on the Southbank of the Thames is one of the most intricate regeneration projects along the River.

A new office building with over 250,000 square feet of space, new ground plane of shops, restaurants, galleries, meeting rooms, and gardens will add a centrepiece of hospitality to Southbank.

The master plan illustrates expanding across Belvedere Road to restore Jubilee Gardens as a centrepiece of the landscape edge of the Thames.
