Situated in Johor Bahru, facing the bay of Singapore, Mid Valley Southkey mixed use development, will continue the success of CivicArts’ Mid valley Gardens in Kuala Lumpur, to become a new town centre for the people of Malaysia’s second largest city. A regional destination, a city centre within the city, Southkey Megamall is to become the place to eat, shop, work, stay, and be entertained offering seamless rewarding experience to all visitors and guests.

The scheme is part of the major re-development of Kem Majidee (now known as Southkey) located near the city centre of Johor Bahru, Johor. It is well connected to major highways and roads with North-South connections from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore via the EDL (Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway).

Mid Valley Southkey development is  a £1.16 billion high density mixed use development offering 140,000 Sq m of leasable retail over 6 levels. Incorporating four 31 storey office towers, a 4 star, 330 key hotel and a 3 star 650 key hotel, all with 2 levels of basement parking, and an additional 8 levels of elevated parking in places, within a self-contained environment.

The Mall is scheduled to open at the end of 2018. With the towers opening shortly after.
